Returns Policy
At the NAB Staff Club, we want all our members to be in love with their purchases! However, we understand that online shopping doesn’t always go to plan, so these simple steps and tips are here to help. By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you have accepted the following terms and conditions:

• This policy applies to all merchandise purchases made in store and online (excluding movie, sporting, box office and event tickets, gift cards, food products, personal items including earrings or items not in their original packaging.)
• If you wish to return an online purchase, you must notify us first by sending an email to online@nabstaffclub.com.au quoting your full name, employee number and order ID.
• Returned items can only be accepted within 14 days of purchase.
• We offer exchanges or a credit notes for ‘change of mind’ purchases within 14 days of purchase.
• We only offer replacement or refund for faulty or damaged items (Please see further instructions below.)
• Items and packaging must be returned in their original condition.
• All returns of goods purchased online must be returned with the ‘Return Form’ which you will find on the reverse side of this page.
• If you wish to return items purchased online, you bear the cost of shipping fees back to the Warehouse. We recommend you send your return parcel on a tracked service as all returns remain the responsibility of the purchaser until received by the NAB Staff Club.

Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a faulty or damaged item, please email online@nabstaffclub.com.au quoting your full name, employee number, order ID and provide photos of:
1. The box/parcel the item was delivered in, showing any indication of damage (if relevant)
2. The content of the box/parcel, showing how the item was packed (if relevant)
3. The broken or damaged item (if relevant)
• Please do not dispose of the damaged goods until notified by a NAB Staff Club team member that it is okay to do so.

Order Cancellations 
Unless provided for under these terms, no cancellations or changes to orders will be accepted, and the products will be delivered to the stated delivery address. You should carefully check that your order is accurate before you submit it to us. You will, however be able to return products under the Returns Policy.
